Click on the Diagram window to activate the toolbar.

Click on the Add Procedure icon on the toolbar.

Drag mouse to create a dotted line rectangle in the Diagram window.

On mouse up the Procedure Editor window appears. Enter the appropriate information for Number and Description and click OK.
