Food Biomass Requirements

Food Biomass Requirements calculates the quantity of crops produced for human and animal consumption for application in numerous resource production and energy use calculations in other sections of the model. It comprises 3 procedures: Crop Use for Human Consumption, Animals Fed, and Animal Feed Required.
Crop Use for Human Consumption
Crop Use for Human Consumption takes Canada total population from Population and crop food per capita (tonne/(person*year)) to calculate crop for person food (tonne/year). This is passed on to the calculators Recycled Vegetable Oil Available and Agriculture Land Biomass Disposition.
