Adding a Calculator Node to the Hiearchy
Click on the Diagram window to activate the toolbar.
Click on the Add Calculator icon 
on the toolbar
Drag mouse to create a dotted line rectangle in the Diagram window.
On mouse up the Calculator Information dialogue appears. Enter the appropriate information and click OK.
The Population Calculator node now appears as a yellow box in the Diagram window.
