Connecting to your hosted model is done through a TCP/IP connection to port 8000 on our server: whatif1.whatiftechnologies.com.

Your firewall may need to be configured to allow that connection

whatif1.whatiftechnologies.com does NOT respond to ping requests so that's not a fair test of whether you can “see” our machine

The best way to test it is from outside your firewall use the SAMM application and attempt to make the connection. If that works the firewall is the problem
