abs - absolute value of an object

Syntax

A[S1,..,Sn] = abs (B[S1,..,Sn])

Defaults

None

Description

Places the absolute value of the elements in B in the elements of A.

(A)s1,..,sn = (B)s1,..,sn if (B)s1,..,sn >= 0

(A)s1,..,sn = - (B)s1,..,sn if (B)s1,..,sn < 0
